ABOUT
Who We Are
The Negotiation Task Force (NTF) is an R&D and advisory group that specializes in negotiation strategy in crisis situations.
Our Mission
We prepare you for high-stakes, high-risk situations characterized by chaos, crisis, and complexity – “3C Environments” that are a substantial risk even for experienced leaders. We know that chaos in negotiations can be overwhelming. But chaos is also a source of power. We show you how to use it.
Our Story
The NTF was incubated in 2019 through the Scholar-Entrepreneur Initiative at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University. In 2023, the NTF transitioned out of the university to become an independent organization. In 2024, the NTF is merging with Negotiation Design & Strategy, LLC (NDS) into a single entity —the new Negotiation Task Force.
Our website will undergo a transformation over the next few months, so please stay tuned for a revamped online experience that mirrors our united vision for the future of negotiation. In the meantime, please follow us on LinkedIn to hear more about this merger.
Our Clients
We have worked with clients in government (e.g., the U.S. Department of State), military (e.g., the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command), the private sector (e.g., one of the world’s largest commercial airlines), and philanthropy (e.g., one of America’s largest private foundations) in the United States, Europe, and volatile environments across Eurasia (e.g., Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Middle East).
